All Norwegian ticket types include one small underseat bag measuring up to 40 × 30 × 20 cm. This can be a backpack, handbag, laptop bag or compact travel bag and must fit underneath the seat in front of you. LowFare passengers may bring this bag as their included hand luggage, with a maximum weight of 10 kg.
LowFare+ and Flex tickets also include one overhead cabin bag measuring up to 55 × 40 × 23 cm. LowFare passengers can purchase this larger allowance separately. It is suitable for a cabin suitcase, larger backpack or spacious travel bag stored in the overhead compartment. On LowFare+ tickets, the underseat bag and overhead cabin bag have a combined weight limit of 10 kg, while Flex passengers may bring up to 15 kg in total.
