SAS passengers may bring one small underseat bag measuring up to 40 × 30 × 15 cm, with a maximum capacity of 18 litres. This can be a handbag, laptop bag, compact travel bag or small backpack and must fit underneath the seat in front of you. On flights within Europe, Economy Light tickets include only this bag as standard.
Economy Standard, Economy Flex, Premium and Business tickets also include one larger carry-on bag measuring up to 55 × 40 × 23 cm and weighing no more than 8 kg. Economy Light passengers travelling within Europe can purchase this allowance separately. The larger size is suitable for a cabin suitcase, cabin backpack or spacious travel bag stored in the overhead compartment.
